please calm my nerves

update!!!! i had my nurses appointment today and it went good. all they did was talk, blood work, and urine sample. i go back monday for my exam with the doctor. i’m super nervous for the pelvic exam. i know it’s normal and it’s nothing to worry about but i just feel so awkward://

so i’m 14+2 and i haven’t see a doctor yet (due to insurance taking forever, but i have an appointment tomorrow). i had an ultrasound at 9+2 and everything looked great. i haven’t had any bleeding or bad cramping, but i can’t help but worry something could be wrong. i keep trying to tell myself that if something happened/was wrong my body would tell me
