Please help, ulcerative colitis flare up while pregnant

Im soo stressed, I didn't know I had an IBD until I was 20 weeks pregnant and my doctor is thinking its ulcerative colitis. Well I take prednisolone and its honestly not helping, I'm fine for awhile but then my dose has to be increased and my doctor doesn't want me to be at such a high dose. Im 30 weeks pregnant now and I can't make it 10 more weeks with constant cramping and bleeding. Im scared for my baby and what this is doing to my body long term, does anyone have some experience on being pregnant with ulcerative colitis because I could really use some reassurance.
