Feet swelling

Hey girls, im currently 33w3d pregnant, I have a really physical job, it also envolves standing on my feet for 11-12 hours on a daily with 1 30min break, I have nowhere to sit down as i do traffic management, only recently like the past day or so my feet have started swelling the minute my steelcaps come off, theyre extremely uncomfortable but theres not much i can do as you gotta do what you gotta do to make $$! Is there any way to reduce the swelling?
