Any one know what this could be?

I never post topics like this but I’m hoping some of you moms might know what this is. My daughter is 2 and she currently has a yeast rash. She used to get them frequently before she was potty training. But last week we had a very long car ride where she had to be in pull ups and she got another yeast rash. I’ve been putting nystatin ointment on it which is starting to help. But there’s some red pimple looking spots on her hips and this morning she woke up with 4-5 red pimple looking spots on her eye brow area. We haven’t changed detergents or soaps or any food items. I’ll post some pictures. I do plan to call her dr when they open in an hour.

She does not have a fever, she is not acting as if she’s in any pain. She’s her happy smiley self.
