Should I consider what My boyfriend did behind my back cheating???

So my boyfriend and I like to have sex online on these cam2cam websites every now and then. Well we have a rule that we never cam without each other. When I was pregnant I told him I didn't feel comfortable being on cam. So just recently I discovered he had been caming the whole time I was pregnant without me!!!! He tried to say he did it cause guys hit on me all the time and I don't stop them. I'm worried cause some of the people he cams with are local.
