What do Braxton Hicks feel like?

I’m 31 weeks on Friday and wondering if what I’ve been feeling the past couple days is Braxton Hicks.

Like a tightening in your stomach almost like when you do an ab crunch. It’ll get hard for 30-60 seconds usually. It’s painless and will stop with a change in position and water

I don’t feel or notice them unless I’m touching my stomach. Belly just gets super hard then goes back

For me it felt like menstrual cramping ... I started getting them half way into the second trimester. It was light but still annoying.

A tightening in your stomach...but it can be painful. Mine always are. Especially if I’m not in a place where I can sit or drink water and I have to keep moving. My stomach will just stay really hard for over a minute will take a small break and then start again if I’m still being active.
