Stomach pains

This is my second pregnancy my last pregnancy at the end I got sick with preeclampsia and had terrible stomach pain.

I’m currently 16 weeks and have horrible stomach pain and they are worse when I put pressure on them... can anyone tell me if this is normal or should I go see my doctor immediately
