Watery mouth anyone💦⁉️ Where you at Cycle Buddies⁉️

I’m 7 dpo and I’ve been having on/off watery mouth along with constant lower back pain and cramps. I will say that the only time I’ve had a watery mouth was when I was pregnant with my other 3 kids and the chemical pregnancy I had almost 3 years ago. I have NEVER EVER had lower back pain in my TWW. I’m not sure where the lower back pain came from as it isn’t a PMS symptom for me and never has been but cramps are my usual PMS symptoms. My cycle is set to begin on November 7th. Anyone else having excessive saliva or lower back pain?
