Anyone else?

Anyone else currently dying? I'm 36 +3. I woke up today burning up. Like, I thought the house was on fire. I can't get comfortable at all. I got winded just going upstairs to get my laundry. I'm super irritable. My dog and cat won't leave me alone and they are all over me but it's so hot I can't cuddle with them. Which sucks cause they usually don't wanna cuddle. I'm so thirsty I can't drink enough at all. I've been up since 11 and I've already had 4 bottles of water, and a glass of tea. I have 0 appetite. And I'm just so ready to pop this baby out so I can go back to normal.
