Anyone awake?

4cm dilated today before my membrane sweep. Dr told me she didn’t think I would go past 48 hours. Should I go in? Below is tracking of my contractions. Pretty painful, but not unbearable. I just don’t wanna make this about nothing. 😭 second babe, first came after my water broke (with no other symptoms) so this is new to me.
