I fucked up my milk supply will it come back 😭

I have had a bad cold sore ourbreak the last 10 days or so and haven't been eating very much. I also just got my first pp period. This morning when I got up my boobs felt almost empty they are normally firm. I ate better yesterday than I had all week so I'm confused as to why it dipped this morning. Im also having a heavy period day so that doesn't help. Will it come back what do I do? Really hoping I can feed my daughter today she has never had formula and won't take a bottle 😭😭😭😭
