Those of you who babysit or run in home daycares...

Those of you who babysit or run an in home daycare to bring in extra money....how did you find kids to babysit or kids for your daycare? I'm a former teacher and new SAHM and contemplating babysitting to bring in a little extra cash. If you run a daycare or babysit, what did you do with the kids you work with when you decided to have another baby? Go on maternity leave or just take a couple days off? If you took leave, did the kids you watched beforehand come back or did they end up staying where they went while you took time off?
