I asked my midwife about this yesterday. She said it could be your body getting ready for labor. Or it could be actual illness because of the season we're in. I was advised to call or go in if I have a fever, achy joints (more than my current normal), or if anything changes. She said in her office, this week they've already had a handful of really sick mommas come through. For my sake (and yours), I hope this is just our bodies getting ready for the hard work it's about to go through.
