No, CM is not an indicator of pregnancy. Only way to know is to take a pregnancy test after you miss your period.

Not necessarily. For some it may be. If you had intercourse recently it could be left over semen. I know for me I had that prior to my menstrual showing up. Other times it was a day or two after intercourse.  I never experienced it during early pregnancy though. But that's just me
