Dying ? Giving birth

Was never a thought when i had my son, but thinking now... what if i die during or after birth 😭 . Yes it’s soooo rare .. but what if I’m that rare percent 😵

My husband and I have talked in great lengths about this as my pregnancy has not been easy. I told him if he has to choose between who to save, he saves my daughter. I also told him straight up that I would want him to find another woman eventually and get remarried.

Make a will and get life insurance so your family is taken care of if it does happen. Calmed me down a lot about this issue knowing they would have money and their lifestyle wouldn’t have to change along with losing a mom. I couldn’t imagine my mom dying and then having to move houses and sell toys, etc because my dad couldn’t afford stuff.

I too have been think about this at first I wasn't worried but I seen a story on FB of a mom of two dying and then I seen it twice on a show, it scared me but also got me thinking. Yes I would just talk about the what ifs with your partner as well as get insurance.
