In need of advice to get off my bullshit
I just left an abusive relationship and I met an amazing guy who's an amazing friend to me. However, I'm irrationally attatched to him and how important he's become to me and constantly find my self checking my phone. It's been 10 hours and I'm going crazy. Any advice to help focus on being a better me without feeling so dependent upon him? I need to feel whole again without depending on another person but I also don't want to lose this new guy who has been so helpful in my recovery.
