Miscarriage? Ectopic pregnancy? Early pregnancy?

Hey ladies, so yesterday I tested positive on 3 home tests, today me and my boyfriend had sex and I started bleeding afterwords. The bleeding didn’t subside and cramping started so I went to the ER to get checked out. My HCG was at a 4, the ultrasound showed nothing. They said it’s possible it’s too early to show, an early miscarriage, or an ectopic pregnancy. My last period was October 4th. Any ladies ever had this issue or something similar and ended up actually being pregnant?

If you had a positive and started to bleed like your period then it’s a chemical you had.

Sounds like a chemical pregnancy. I just had one last month and my hcg went from 44 to 25 to 0 in 5 days. I’m sorry :/

If it is ectopic you will feel sharp cramping on one side, in one specific location. Hoping you're just early! 🙏🏻

Must’ve accidentally clicked anonymous posting, thank you for all the input, I’ll definitely be calling my OB in the morning. My heart wants good news like it’s just too early to tell, but I know I can’t get my hopes up. All I can do is pray through it.

This happened with me in a similar fashion.. I had tested positive for about a week on tests. I was about 4 weeks along. Then at about 5 weeks my tests started to get faint and I got worried.My sister in law works at a Dr office and had me get labs done. My hcg levels was only at like 35.When I was 5 1/2 weeks along I started bleeding and went to the ER and my hcg level was at 5. I ending up having a miscarriage. I hope this isn't your case. You're in my thoughts and prayers 🙏

I went through the same thing I was 5 weeks and 6 days and me and my husband had sex right after we found out and I started bleeding it subsided but the next day it came back and I had back cramps and right pelvic pain that lasted for over a week and we found out that I was miscarrying my levels got to 258 and then they started dropping. That was my experience but I would go to your OB ASAP. Praying for you!
