Is this normal swelling ?

Had baby Halloween and came home Saturday. Is this normal ? Swollen feet and legs I can barley go upstairs.

I would call your dr, I had very swollen feet during my last trimester but it went away almost immediately after birth.

Yes, it is normal. I've had 3 babies the past 4years. Its happened to me after every baby. It takes a week or 2 to go away. Salty food makes it worse. Drink lots or water!!

It happened to me. I wore compression socks and propped up my feet for a few days whenever I was sitting/lying down.

I agree I would call. My swelling definitely went down from the time I was discharged onward, definitely didn't get worse. Could be normal but I'd definitely see what they say to be safe

Pretty sure they check for that post partum.. it's not a good sign. I would call doctor

I had swelling that got worse after my daughter was born. I had horrible headaches that wouldn’t go away with Tylenol and my blood pressure ended up being through the roof. I ended up in the emergency room and diagnosed with post partum eclampsia. If you have any other symptoms I’d say it’s worth seeing your dr.

My swelling after delivery was worse than when I was pregnant! It took about a week to go down. Hopefully yours subsides soon!

Oh yeah!!! I had terrible swelling and water weight. It's normal for some woman.

My Dr told me it's normal after an epidural for the swelling to go up for about two weeks after birth. If you didn't get an epidural then definitely go to the Dr.

This also happened to me when I came home after I was discharged. With all of the fluids I was on for the few days (I was induced) it made my feet/legs super swollen. Took about a week to go down. I watched what I ate such as salty foods, drink lots of water so you can flush all of that out and also keep your feet elevated (even when you sleep) above your heart. I would still call the doctor if you feel safer calling them, but these are the things that helped my swelling go down. Good luck!! 🤞🏼
