My best friend isn’t vaccinating her kid

Sooo I know it’s none of my business if she chooses not to vaccinate her kid, but she’s now talking about flying to Florida and taking her baby to Disney world at 2 months old with no vaccines.... should I say something like tell her that’s not a good idea or just keep my mouth shut. People from all over the world go to Disney world// planes are hardly ever sanitized. I don’t wanna be over stepping or put my nose where it’s not needed but I also don’t want the baby to get sick and then regret not saying anything. (Also didn’t know what group to put this in) I’m not a bitch I promise just a worried friend and know it can be annoying being a new mom with everyone’s opinions and it’s obviously her choice but should I say anything?
