FET failed, when PGS normal. Any hope out there?

Our first transfer just failed. Any tips on what I should ask the doctor to tests me for? The nurse just left a voicemail saying to call when I get my period.. but shouldn’t the doctor follow up with me on what went wrong? We were told it’s a 70% chance of it working so now we are just sad and confused. We had 2 normal embroys and now we only have 1 💔 
I don’t want to jump into the next one without some explanation! Also at the same time I don’t want to wait til december with the holidays and ruin Christmas. 
Feeling so defeated. I did everything right. Acupuncture, meditation, relaxed, no stress, Estrace and progesterone, they said my lining was perfect.

I’m so sorry. It may be that the implantation just didn’t happen - that 30% that you really can’t control. I don’t think you did anything wrong.

When my first transfer failed my doctor suggested an ERA. It came back as prereceptive and I needed 24 more hours of progesterone. You definitely want to make sure your little snow flake has the best chance possible. Perhaps the ERA can get you there.

I’m sorry. That’s really tough. Sometimes it doesn’t work for absolutely no good reason, and then works great the second time around. A lot of people get the ERA test after a failed transfer, which checks the receptivity of your endometrial lining. Maybe ask your doc about that? I had one done before my transfer just in case, because it was my only good embryo and I wanted to do every test possible to improve my chances.
