18 month sleep regression
Anyone else trying to survive the 18 month sleep regression yet?? Its taken my fearless, well-sleeping, happy boy and replaced him with a "No" saying, sleep avoiding, screaming in his crib toddler. Just trying to hold it together and hold my ground to not lose the sleep training we did months ago 😴😫
