Lightheadedness for 6months

Hey everyone,

I’ve been experiencing lightheadedness for around 6 months now and I had tests 6 months ago when it started happening and they all came back clear and normal. It’s a constant thing, it feels like I have jet lag 24/7. And that’s it.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so please help me out and give me some sort of insight. I would appreciate it so much! I’m literally going insane now, I’m finding it so difficult to live life. Thanks in advance 💗
