Bite????

Ladies I need your advice!! I woke up at two this morning with my hand feeling like it had been poked with a needle. I had a tiny hole in my finger and it was bleeding a little bit. Looked around for a bug or anything.... nothing. It is now 2 pm and I have been anxious all day. I thought it couldve been a spider bite but there is only one hole, the previous bite I had had two holes. It's just a tiny reddish white bump. What else could leave a bite like that? I'm panicking I'll have an allergic reaction or something!! Or would've that already happened since its 12 hours after being bit? My boyfriend is at work and I dont have any family near by. I may be just panicking :/
