I need your guys input on what you have been told.

So I finished my clomid 50mg days 5-9 I got a positive opk so I ovulated on cd 17. On my right ovary I had 3 follicles all mature . On day 16 as well. Well so I got my day 21 done today and I am only 3dpo and my level is 22.8ng/ml obviously it indicates I ovulated but now I’m concerned if I ovulated more than one egg. Has anyone ever gotten a high progesterone and just released one egg. Btw I had no trigger shot or anything just the clomid
