Spotting after Af until ovulation
Ever since my D&C in March 2018 I have spotting from the end of Af until ovulation. Has this happened to anyone else? Wondering if scar tissue could be the cause of this?
Quick update for a bit of background.
My missed miscarriage was my 6th pregnancy, all my previous pregnancies were normal and healthy and delivered cesarean. I started bleeding with clots at 7.5 weeks on Thursday February 22 while traveling home from family vacation. We arrived home Friday early morning, called doctor as soon as the clinic opened, didn't hear back from them until Monday. I didn't go to the ER because there not much they can do for a miscarriage. Got into the Dr. Monday afternoon, they did an hcg draw and scheduled an ultrasound that got rescheduled twice due to the sonographer being sick. HCG came back good, sonogram not so great, I had a subchorionic hemorrhage, baby measured at 6.5 weeks and an iffy heart beat, I was 8 weeks at this time. Dr. and I decided to remain optimistically hopeful and scheduled a recheck for 2 weeks. At 10.5 weeks hcg still was high but baby hadn't grown at all. We went over our options and decided to schedule a D&C, March 15. D&C didn't go as well as planned and I bled a lot more than expected during surgery. I continued to bleed and my hemoglobin went from a 12.5 to 7.5 over the weekend, I had to be checked in as an outpatient to receive IV iron supplement. Went to the Dr. On Monday rechecked hcg and it was still in the 800's had another ultrasound and found a mass near my cervix, Dr. tried to remove it with an oversized cotton swab and ultrasound guidance with no luck. From there I was sent to the hospital for a shot of Methotrexate, which blocks the absorption of folic acid and stops the reproduction of cells. Took me until June to fully recover from the D&C and began ttc again in July with no luck.
