Does everyone hate Christians?

So I recently became a Christian and I am just realizing how afraid I am to tell any of my friends that I am getting serious about my faith. Almost everyone that I know is not only not Christian but outspoken about how much they specifically hate Christianity in general. I can think of around 15 friends and 2 family members off the top of my head who deeply dislike or distrust Christianity and i used to be one of them and it would be very hard for me to tell anyone that my life is changing in this significant way. Im not even sure how to maintain any of those relationships but they make up almost all of my social circle up to this point. I am part of a church but I dont feel really close with any friends I’ve made there yet and worry sometimes I won’t fit in with them because of my background. I’m wondering if anyone else has had a hard time like this
