Implantation Bleeding?

Hi guys! I know this is TMI but I have been spotting for the past 2 days. I started spotting the day of my expected period and have had this ever since. Its not heavy at all. I wear a panty liner and it's barely noticable until I wipe. My period is extremely heavy and my cramps are excruciating but I havent had any of my normal period symptoms this month. I've had very mild lower back aches but they are not consistent like my period cramps. I'm trying to wait to test but I need some opinions! Thank you in advance!
