Storing breast milk

If I need 5-6 oz for my LO but I’m only able to pump 2oz per session, do I store that 2oz in the fridge and then add the others to it that I too have to refrigerate too then freeze it, or leave the 2oz out and wait until I get my 5-6ozs and then freeze?
