Running in second trimester

Hi just wondering if there is anyone still currently running in second tri?

I am 19 weeks and have ran for years. However for about 4 weeks everytime I run I have a sensation of pressure in my lower abdomen. It started off with really needing to pee but then as soon as I stopped it would go. Now has progressed to a feeling of tugging/ pulling and is definitely more uncomfortable. I gave up after half a mile the other day as it was borderline painful. This is my first baby and I don't particularly have a big bump. I don't have any problems if I'm not running and I'm still able to do yoga, walk, use the spin bike and do pregnancy based workouts.

Would love to hear other peoples thoughts and experiences of running pregnant. There information out there is very vague!
