LBP and faint, 20 weeks. I felt numb, weak, dizzy and BP was 80/52. Before pregnancy always was 110/70, after preg with twins it’s been 90/60. I sat, drank water, licked a lollipop and everything was white and couldn’t hear. Anyone?

This low of BP is not normal. Call your OB or go to a dr. asap.

When you start to feel like that sit down and cough really hard- it’ll help. It’s normal for your BP to decrease mid-pregnancy.

I would also recommend getting your iron tested. Low BP + high pulse can equal anemia. This is actually how mine was discovered recently.

Dealing with the same thing. It was 82/55 last week. I talked to my OB nurse (she was calling back for something unrelated and I mentioned my BP reading and my symptoms. She said it’s common in pregnancy and just to take it easy and be careful when I felt dizzy. ☹️ I hope you start feeling better girl. It’s been daunting so far for me.

This us dangerously low .... this BP isn't normal at all... I hope your bp reader is resding wrong.... if not I would ho to the ER

I'd call your OB and tell them everything. 
Even if its supposedly "normal" it could be something more.
