Doctor requesting a 2nd HCG blood test at 5 weeks +6?

I went to see my doctor on October 29th and had my HCG levels checked then (which were at 328).

I hadn’t heard anything from my doctor or seen him since then so assumed all was okay, but just got a call from one of the nurses at the office asking I go for another blood test on Tuesday next week to confirm that my hcg is rising as it should...

Anyone else’s doctor randomly decide to do a second check for hcg two weeks after the first? 😣 Starting to worry again...
