So basically me and my ex bf split up about 3 weeks ago because I found out he’d cheated on me a fair few times, well we met up yesterday so I could give him some stuff back and we had sex (I know I shouldn’t have but a girl has needs 🤷‍♀️). Anyway, I found out today that hes had a new girlfriend for the past couple weeks! I obviously feel awful! I don’t know whether or not to tell her though because she probably wouldn’t believe me without proof and I dont want it to look like I’ve purposely done it when I had no idea hed have a new girlfriend so soon!!

I would definitely tell her. Her not believing you isn’t your problem at all but you at least letting her know about his scum behaviors at least shows that you are an honest person.

1.￼ Tell her, but be aware that he’s going to make you look like a crazy bitch and she’s going to hate you and think you’re just trying to break them up. I would just say something like, “ last week, your boyfriend and I hooked up. I wasn’t aware that he was seeing anyone else, so I just wanted to let you know and also apologize.”  there is no nice way to say this. 
2. Or if you want to avoid drama for your own life, you could just adopt the attitude of not my circus, not my monkeys… avoid him like the plague and ￼She will find out on her own. Just like you did.

I would tell her. It might cause more drama but the girl deserves to know. Plus it’s better for her to find out now and have a chance to leave before things get more serious. If she doesn’t believe you then that’s on her and you can wash your hands of the both of them.
