The Doctors have NO explanation

I'm curious have any of you ladies experience any time of shortness of breath and tightness of chest with pains. Mine got really bad to the point where I couldn't breath right or even take a breather. I did go to the Hospital and I even had to stay the night. It sucked this happened with my 1st kid at 10 months pregnant.

I'm currently pregnant 4 weeks and 3 days and I'm experiencing the same symptoms as with my first born. Idk I've been told it happens cuz of hormones, panic attacks, or my body needing to get used to it. But these were told to me by close friends and family..

I'm not used to it and it scares me because they never figured out why it happened the first time. Am I exaggerating 😞 Idk what to think of it.
