Anatomy scan today Any advice?

My anatomy scan is this afternoon. I’m 20 weeks 1 day.  Any suggestions on how to make sure that baby is moving during it so she’s not hiding? Any drinks or foods to help with. How long before scan should I drink/eat?

I’d suggest trying not to have it active.  They need to measure a lot and at ours two weeks ago, Baby was too active and she didn’t get all she needed.

I agree! Don’t do anything to make babe move too much. I had cranberry juice about 30 minutes before my appointment and it took them about 45 minutes to an hour to get all the measurements they needed because he wouldn’t stop flipping around.

I ate a hearty breakfast and had some sugar in it as well and now I have to go back Thursday for another US lol they couldnt get all the measurements they needed so next time I'm just gonna eat a regular breakfast nothing too sweet and water. Lol even tho I'm exited to see her again!
