I think I have a cold sore...

I gave this guy head on and off for about two hours and two days later, I think I have a cold sore on the same side where he put his dick and then smacked it through my cheek. Kind of wondering if there’s any way I can know it’s a cold sore for sure without going to the doctors and how should I treat it?

Should I bring this up to him when we hook up again next week?
