My husband finally noticed...

...how cool our daughter is. He is one of those guys that are ready for her to be older so they can use imaginative play together and such. He struggles to relate to her as a baby. I get it.

He is always asking, “when will she crawl?” “When will she walk?” “When will she talk?” “When will she blow her own nose?” ...and sometimes it frustrates me. She is developing normally, and she will never be this small again. Enjoy it. Plus, as a SAHM I see all the cool things she does and watch her learn and grow every day!

Last night I left him to play with her in her room while I switched the laundry over. We had been on her floor playing with big LEGO blocks. When I came back he was so amazed that she sits up and plays with blocks on the floor by herself. I think it was the first time he had really seen her play. It was adorable. Maybe he just needs to spend more time one on one with her, because I think she is super cool! 😂❤️
