Storing baby clothes/blankets

Hi ladies! I need some advice. Baby isn’t here until April. We have a lot of baby clothes for him already. But here’s the catch, we’re currently building our house so we’re staying in a smaller two bedroom house. Our two girls share the other bedroom. (They’re only here very other weekend).

Until the house is finished, I’m needing to store baby clothes safely. I was thinking of keeping them all in a tote in our closet until we move. Will this be ok? I won’t need to worry about mildew/mold since it’s dry right? I just don’t want to ruin them all! Thank you!
