When should I go?

When should I go to a doctor? My husband has the Flu. And I have been stuffy and coughing. I’m running a fever of 100.2 and I’ve been dizzy. And my heart is racing and my blood pressure is kinda high... I called my primary doctor and she said they can’t do anything since I’m 20 weeks pregnant. And my obgyn isn’t in today it’s just an answering service... So I just don’t know what to do...
