Random bleeding. Possible TMI!

Hi all, I’m already diagnosed with PCOS. My last period was Nov 3rd-25th 2017. I haven’t had one since, nor any spotting. Although I do bleed anytime I have sex or masterbate. It’s super embarrassing and annoying. Doctors say it’s “probably” just my “hormones”. I’m currently on the Naxplanon implant and have been for over a year, haven’t had any side effects or any kind of bleeding. My bf and I last had sex on the 1st of this month (November) I had light bleeding after and halfway thru the next day and then it stopped. Well he hasn’t been home due to work and I pleased myself the other night and now I’m bleeding again. Idk what causes this or what’s happening but the drs here never have an explanation and they just blame hormones or the bc but this happened before I was even on bc. Any one else have this happen? Right now it’s super bright and light, usually if I do spot or have a period it’s nearly brown. Tia!
