Best way to keep mild contractions going??
So I had a mani/pedi, lunch, and shopping day. Then I had a photo shoot this evening (I’m a part time photographer) and that involved lots of walking in nature/up and down hills, and squatting to get photos of kids. Went and hung out with family and started having Braxton Hicks. In the car ride on the way home I noticed they started hurting and now I’m at home bouncing on my ball. I’m not timing them as they are only mildly painful and there’s no point in getting my hopes up if it’s nothing. How do I make them keep going?? I’m ready!
