Please help me out

So my cycles are usually 25 days. I was late by 2 days as of yesterday, been naseous, very hot. Decided to test (blue dye test). Waited the full 10 minutes, and within 2 minutes a very very faint light blue line showed up in test part(yes it had color). Then yesterday morning I started spotting pink blood. Not heavy enough to go through my products like my normal period does.(usually have very heavy periods)Do I count this as a weird period? Or do I take the positive result seriously? I'm stressed out. Barely spotting still.(no consistent flow?) But very naseous. Is this miscarriage?
