Sore boobs

I nursed and pump for about 15-20 min tonight and after pumping me boobs are still sore like there is milk in them!! why? They are usually like this right before pumping but the feeling is still there. I pumped 15oz!!! Should I pump more? Someone please help 😩😩 I’m hurting so bad
