Help!! I have no idea what is going on with my body

I have been been getting pain while peeing just went I am about done peeing and I can’t finish. (3 days now) So I have been back and forth in the restroom today. I ask about it early everyone was saying UTI. After my shower today I spared water up there to try to clean it out and it was very irritated. It felt better when I was toughing/play with myself. My period is suppose to be here next weekend on the 13th. I might have been planing a little rough but not more that normal and I started bleeding a lot. So I thought my period came, but this evening it has stoped but I still have a pad on just Incase by I feel like I am bleeding(that weird wet feel). But I am not. I I did last weekend take a plan B bc my bf condom got stuck inside me.
