Do u take ovulation  test in the early morning  or in the middle  of the day???

The ovulation tests I use specifically says to NOT use them in the morning. It can lead to false positives because there is always some LH in the system.

I always take mine in the evening when I get home from work. So far, I’ve never missed my peak. 
The clear blue digital OPKs I think say to take them in the morning but I’ve read that LH surges in the morning so it would be more concentrated in the afternoon/evening.
