Sickness and a cold!

I feel totally wiped out between nausea all day with episodes of sickness and now I have a really sore throat and can't get anything to soothe it! My throat is so sore hard to drink if I do keep it down. Spoke to doctor and pharmacy just allowed paracetamol and if sickness gets worse they will give me something! So exhausted and feel so ill my throat makes me gag more too 😢😢 any remedies ladies??? X
