Numb hands and feet?

Anyone else experiencing their hands and feet going numb? Mostly throughout the night? I feel like it’s getting worse the farther along I get to the point where when I get feeling back in my hands, it’s painful. Is this something to be worried about? Is it something worth mentioning to my OB?

I get that in my hands a lot and when I brought it up to my doctor she said that carpel tunnel may start due to being pregnant because of the swelling it just makes it worse too! Even if you dont see signs of visible swelling you're swollen inside! But it wouldn't hurt to mention it to the doctor!

I would talk to your OB about it but I do feel some numbness every now again but it usually goes away pretty quickly once I move
