What are you guys feeding your LOs?

I’ve been giving my baby whatever I eat and that’s chicken alfredo, or Mac n cheese when I cook for my other little ones but I know they can’t have cows milk. But is it ok if it’s in food? Or do I need to strictly stay away from it all together??

its okay in food! it's only bad if you use it as a replacement for breastmilk/formula

Baby eats what we eat! She loves shredded chicken, blueberry pancakes, peaches, pizza, yogurt, pasta, hamburgers, French toast, peanut butter toast, etc. All the things!

I've tried to mashed food off our plate but, while she's interested, she does NOT like the texture.   I even tried a little mesh strainer you can put food inside.  She doesn't like that either.   Maybe when a tooth pops out she'll change her tune.  🤷

Our pediatrician told us exactly what the other poster said. It’s fine just don’t stop with the formula (formula baby). She said if we wanted to help him get the taste of cow milk we could start making his oatmeal from it. And mixing on other foods was fine too.
