So scared to test

If the last time I had unprotected sex was 3 weeks ago, will i get accurate results if i test in the morning? I’m 3 months PP & I haven’t gotten my period back. I know I messed up for not taking care of myself that one & only time so idk if precum could’ve happened. Idk what I’ll do if I get a positive, I feel like I wouldn’t be able to handle everything. My baby Is EFB & that as it is takes a toll on me still waking up every 2 hrs😢
