I need help...

Guys, I’ve got baby fever again, and DH and I have been in the talks of trying again soon, but one problem... I gave birth to my first child a year and a half ago, and it was... not how I expected it to go. I honestly expected my laboring to be natural, no c section or meds... however, I was rushed into emergency c section when they couldn’t get his heart rate back up.

I’m terrified of another crazy hard labor, which is the main damper on trying again for another one.

Not only that, but I do know the possibility of uterine rupture with a VBAC is common, and I just couldn’t bear to go through that process, or put my family through that.

I’m just torn, and honestly would rather opt for a c section to keep myself safe, as well as future babies we may have...

I just need stories and advice to kind of keep me calm! I greatly appreciate it.
