PP hair loss?

Is anyone else still having hair loss after having your little ones? I am 8 mo pp and having severe hair loss. It’s getting a little scary to see sooo much hair fall out. 😭😭
Is it normal to have this much hair fall out?

At 34 weeks pp, I’ve finally started to notice less and less hair falling out! Only a few strands in the shower this AM 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 but a couple months ago it was like a creature was in my bathroom trash AND Shower drain daily

You don’t lose much hair during pregnancy so after birth your body starts catching up and gets rid of the old hairs. It just seems a lot but as long as you don’t have any balding patches you’re absolutely fine. I worry the same when I see so much come out in the shower and then on my brush but I just need to remind myself its Completely normal.

Yes ma’am. The front of my hairline is so ugly now and my hair is sooo thin and no matter how much conditioner I put and detangler I can still barley brush it. 😣

I've got it really bad too, and my hair tangles so easily now. I had it brushed and neatly tied up yesterday, by bedtime you could hear the hairbrush struggling to get through it 😑

I still have it it and it’s bad, you can have it anywhere between 6month pp and up to 12 months pp, so it should go within a year
